• 4 x 10-hour shifts 12 pm - 9 pm and 11 am - 9 pm
• 28 - 33 patients per 10-hour shift
• Urgent care treats patients 6 months and older
• Procedures include laceration repair, sutures, and I&Ds
• Same day acute and chronic care with medication refills
