job_description.job_card.job_description️ Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand. ️ Generate leads through conversations and community engagement. ️ Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence. ️ Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and our grand opening party. ️ Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members. Outgoing and energetic personality—you love talking to people! Organized and detail-oriented—you get things done efficiently. Service-minded & team-oriented—you thrive in a collaborative environment. Professional and self-motivated—you take initiative and lead by example. Effective communicator—both in person and online. Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus but not required. Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed. Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K options available.
