You’ll help customers understand their services, explain product features, and thrive in a team that values growth, communication, and a little fun.

As an Customer & Sales Representative, you’ll split your time between assisting customers with service questions and recommending Frontier products or upgrades when appropriate. The Customer & Sales Representative will be trained in Frontier’s products and sales basics to confidently support customers and offer smart solutions.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Customer & Sales Representative

• Welcome and assist customers in person, answering questions about Frontier’s services, billing, devices, and troubleshooting needs.
• Recommend the best Frontier plans, upgrades, and add-ons based on individual needs while supporting product activations and basic order setup.
• Update customer accounts and service records using Frontier’s CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with specialized teams to escalate complex billing or technical issues, ensuring smooth and timely resolutions for customers.
• Participate in ongoing product training, team huddles, and sales workshops to sharpen your knowledge and customer engagement skills.
• Contribute to team goals around customer satisfaction, service quality, and conversions—while helping create a friendly, high-energy environment.
