RN Ratio (All Shifts) : 1 : 2Shifts : 12 hours (07 : 00–19 : 30 / 19 : 00–07 : 30)Weekends : Every other or every third; 6 shifts per 6-week schedule requiredFloat : Required to PICU and Peds (6-hour orientation provided)First to Float : TravelersEquipment & Special Features
