A company is looking for a Senior Tax Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on tax efficiency and risks related to corporate and partnership transactions
Prepare and review analyses of federal and state tax consequences of transactions and manage work products of Experienced Associates
Assist clients with post-transaction integration matters and various tax considerations
Qualifications
Master's of Taxation or Juris Doctorate degree highly preferred
Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Advanced credential required for client representation before the IRS (CPA or JD)
At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Knowledge of M&A practices and Subchapter C and K transactional issues preferred
