Technology Program And Strategy Execution Lead
U.S. Bank is searching for a Technology Program and Strategy Execution Lead for our Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking (WCIB) Business. The leader in this position will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to define and drive the department's strategic direction. They will have responsibility for crafting and articulating strategic initiatives across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Functional Banking. They will lead efforts aligned to budget planning, project execution, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, they will have responsibility for providing leadership oversight to team members leading out program execution for strategic initiatives and lead / manage strategic initiatives such as continuous improvement program, client satisfaction metrics and measures, driving strategic planning with business line, and representing WCIB technology as needed in various corporate activities.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Partner with CIO to develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the execution of strategic programs across the organization.
Program Management :
Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Stakeholder Management :
Facilitate effective communication and reporting with management and stakeholders.Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.Leadership :

Extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, especially in large, complex organizations, ideally within financial services or banking. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $193,035.00 - $227,100.00
