ServiceNow Solution Architect

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect - Virtual Agent.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow Virtual Agent for ITSM

Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with best practices

Guide multiple Virtual Agent implementations from design to production

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, including end-to-end implementation

Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and how Virtual Agent integrates with them

Proven ability to design and implement conversation flows, escalation paths, and NLP configurations in ServiceNow

Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, particularly Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management Pro is a plus

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Virtual Agent, or CIS-ITAM) are advantageous
