Key Responsibilities
Maintain customer relationships through onboarding, ongoing support, and strategic development
Ensure successful platform usage by providing training, demos, and close communication
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while analyzing usage and results for optimization
Required Qualifications
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
Fluency in German and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex technologies through storytelling
Passion for AR / VR, AI, and digital innovations, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Self-organized with a solution-oriented mindset
