About the Role

We are seeking a warm, polished, and dynamic Talent Specialist to be the face of Iberia's culture and spearhead our talent acquisition and development functions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and strategic individual with a passion for engaging and developing top talent. This role is perfect for a proactive and creative HR professional who is excited about making a significant impact on a growing government contracting firm.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition Coordination :

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting roles, tracking applicants in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and reporting on key metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our outsourced recruiting team and third-party recruiters.
  • Be the first point of engagement for all candidates, ensuring positive and professional experience.
  • Embody and promote the Iberia culture to attract and retain top-tier talent.

People Operations :

  • Perform personnel actions and maintain employee records within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS, Rippling)
  • Serve as a liaison with our outsourced HR service provider, to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Training and Development :

  • Ideate, develop, and implement training and development programs to foster employee growth and enhance our team's capabilities.
  • Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in HR, People Operations, Talent, Resource Management, etc. roles.
  • Strong, relevant work experience within the Federal environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with vendors and outsourced functions (Recruiting and HRIS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Poise and polish in communicating with stakeholders
  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Relevant experience in GOVCON
  • Understanding of the regulatory landscape for GOVCON, including OFCCP compliance
  • Experience working in Rippling software
