Licensing Specialist

Looking for financial services licensing and compliance operations.

Work closely with attorneys and stakeholders to uphold high standards of compliance and trust.

Use RegTech tools and dashboards to streamline workflows and track licensing milestones.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage state licensing renewals and registrations via NMLS and agency portals
• Collaborate with attorneys to interpret and act on legal guidance
• Submit accurate company data and financials to regulatory systems
• Monitor compliance dashboards and track due dates
• Use Microsoft Office and RegTech tools to manage workflows
• Engage with state agencies and internal stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with Compliance Management Program (CMP) standards

Compensation :

The hourly rate for this position is between $30.00-$33.00 per hour.
