The Bernard Group is looking for an enthusiastic Kitting Line Lead to join our team. This role will lead and direct the kitting personnel and workflow, while ensuring that projects are completed accurately and on time.
Shifts available : Monday - Thursday 4 : 00 pm - 2 : 30 am

High school diploma or GED, preferred2 years minimum related experience in a kitting lead role is recommendedBasic computer skills requiredOn top of that you must :
pay close attention to details to successfully move / pull the correct producthave basic computer skills, including Pace and Googlebe self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needsplan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own workhave the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve moderate level problems independently, effectively and creativelycomplete jobs accurately within deadlines, while meeting company quality standardsapply effective time management and self-management skillsunderstand and maintain the confidential nature of company, employee and customer informationflourish in a team-oriented environmenthave a positive attitude alwaysbe able to change what you are doing quickly and effectivelyhandle a fast-paced environmentstand and walk up to 10 hours per day in a production settingability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly in an 8 hour dayIn this position, you will :
review incoming Kitting Projects with Kitting Managers and Project Managerscoordinate with Project Managers and Supply Coordinators on materials, raw goods and ETAsuse the project distro to create a vision for the kitting linedetermine and coordinate project staffing once time studies have been completedset up the production linemaintain integrity of all quality goals and metrics that provide world class services to our clientscommunicate with Warehouse / Fulfillment Operations Managers and Supervisors to define daily work schedules that minimize overtime and reduce labor costsassist in the training and development of both regular and temporary workforcemeet or exceed OSHA guidelinesmaintain a professional and helpful attitude in dealing with co-workers, supervisors and their departmental personnel at all timesapproach work in an organized and detail oriented mannerprovide positive flexibility while being productive in an interruptive environmentcomplete other duties as assigned by managementTo get hired at The Bernard Group, you MUST be :
