We are looking to hire a Systems Support Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role includes but is not limited to development of training aids, onboarding / offboarding, system maintenance, identifying / enforcing best practices and ensuring consistency with regards to system usage.

What We Offer :

What You'll Do :

Systems Management & Integration

Develop, maintain, and update our Franchise Management Software and CRM.

Perform daily franchisee monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all software resources, systems, and processes.

Drive continuous improvement through owner feedback, test-and-learn initiatives, and actionable recommendations.

Work closely with business partners and vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure all systems are functioning as intended.

User Support and Training

Optimize and maintain current training materials and onboarding / offboarding processes.

Support user requests and implement best practices across the franchise.

Facilitate and monitor training schedules of new hires to ensure consistent performance across all locations.

Create and manage a company newsletter to keep all franchise owners informed of system updates, process changes, and important company news, ensuring content is clear, consistent, and high quality.
