Requirements :
Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field
Active Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate with Special Education endorsement
Knowledge of IDEA, IEP implementation, and data-driven instruction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with diverse learners preferred
Job Duties :
Develop and deliver IEPs for students with disabilities
Modify curriculum and instruction for accessibility
Assess student progress and maintain documentation
Partner with families, support staff, and general educators
Promote inclusion, structure, and engagement in all classroom settings
