Medical Biller & Coder / Front Desk Assistant

Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation – 1649 West Antelope Drive, Layton Utah 84041

Join a patient-focused clinic dedicated to helping people avoid neck and back surgery through chiropractic, physical therapy, and nurse practitioner care.

Position Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced medical biller & coder who can also assist with front desk tasks . This is a key role in our team that requires strong multitasking and communication skills.

Requirements :

  • Billing / coding experience (chiropractic, physical therapy, and NP required).
  • Knowledge of insurance billing (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
  • Front desk or medical office experience preferred.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and friendly.

Responsibilities :

  • Accurate coding & billing for services.
  • Insurance verification, authorizations, and claim follow-ups.
  • Patient check-in / out, scheduling, phones, and co-pay collection.
