Job Details

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service projects on time and within budget.
• Review reports, analyze budgets, and manage scope changes efficiently.
• Conduct pre-job planning meetings, maintain accurate project schedules, and align them with master schedules.
• Oversee subcontract agreements and equipment buy-outs to support project needs.
• Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure positive cash flow.
• Manage relationships and resolve conflicts with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Visit job sites to monitor work progress, perform inspections, and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in service delivery.
