Claims Specialist

We’re looking for a Claims & Rebates Specialist to join our team — someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and great communication.

What You’ll Do :

✅ Receive, review, and process damage, shortage, warranty, and rebate claims

✅ Be the main point of contact for customers and vendors

✅ Verify invoices, shipping records, and supporting documents

✅ Submit rebate claims and track payments or credits

✅ Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse teams

✅ Reconcile rebate statements and prepare reports

✅ Keep digital records organized and recommend process improvements

What We’re Looking For :

🔹 2+ years of experience in claims processing, rebates, or a related operations role (logistics or hospitality a plus)

🔹 Strong communication and customer service skills

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management

🔹 Detail-focused, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities

🔹 A proactive team player with a “let’s solve it” attitude
