Position Title : Project Manager

Location : Castle Rock, CO

Pay : $75-150K

Employment Type : Full Time

Our client is a top General Contractor based in Castle Rock, CO looking to hire an experienced Project Manager. As the Project Manager you will have the opportunity to coordinate and manage the construction process from start through close-out. You will be responsible for planning, execution, delivery, close out and the overall success of a specific project(s). .

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent experience
• Ability to use computer programs : MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Yardi, etc.
• Project types : roadways, site development, utilities, bridges, airports
• Ideal candidate : experience in heavy civil construction, bridges, and with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $5M–$40M
