As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, supporting a secure environment for all personnel. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, responding to incidents, and collaborating with a dedicated team. Pay Rate : $25.90 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSat03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PMSun03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate response activities as needed within an aerospace and defense location.
  • Monitor alarms, surveillance equipment, and access control systems to help to deter unauthorized activity and support site protocols.
  • Receive and document incident reports, relaying critical information to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or emergency responders.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all dispatch activities and communications for record-keeping and incident follow-up.
  • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries from site personnel and visitors, following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the security-related needs of the location.
  • Assist with coordinating regular and random patrols by Allied Universal personnel around the business and perimeter as required by site protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
  • Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
