The role you'll contribute :

Organize, manage and control the daily activities of the Plant Operations Department as they relate to the mission and operational needs of the hospital and its customers.

The value you'll bring to the team :

Demonstrates effective leadership to assure communication of AdventHealth's vision and to promote the success of its goal

Controls budgets, verifies and assures appropriate use of staff, materials, supplies, and vendors.

Monitor and schedule department resources to meet all applicable codes and standards and maintain appropriate documentation.

Implements record keeping, cost effective measures, inventory control and standards of performance and productivity for self and staff to use time effectively and meet deadlines.

Management of Human Resources including interviewing, retention, performance appraisals, employee relations and staff development.

Coordinate with PSF Director regarding compliance issues concerning organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

Bachelors Degree
