About The Role :

Meeting Event Manager (HCPs) will function as primary client liaison and team leader for assigned programs and events aligned to a global pharmaceutical client. Manages the overall coordination and execution of an entire program / event from an operational perspective. Responsible for coordination of all program planning while providing unparalleled levels of customer service. Primary responsibility for client budget management in addition to forecasting all budget variations.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Define deliverables, create project timelines and budgets, and manage all event details.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers including hotels, DMCs, AV, and air travel.
• Monitor financials including forecasting, invoicing, and budget tracking to ensure profitability.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations.
• Lead project teams through development, production, and quality assurance phases.
• Provide onsite leadership during events, resolving issues and ensuring service delivery.
• Participate in proposal development and renewal business planning.
