We are currently hiring Maintenance Technicians for a well-established coffee roaster. As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our state-of-the-art coffee roasting, grinding, and packaging equipment. You’ll ensure our production runs safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality—so every cup meets our customers’ expectations.

8a-430p – 1st

4p-12 : 30 – 2nd

Must be able to work OT and Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including roasters, grinders, conveyors, and packaging systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Document work performed—track repairs, parts usage, and maintenance logs through the work order system.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and startup of new coffee production equipment.
• Maintain facility upkeep, performing light building repairs and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, suggest improvements, and order replacement parts as needed.
• Partner with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Champion safety—follow and promote all company safety policies and best practices.
