With pay ranging from $24–$27 per hour , you'll be part of a culture that values innovation, teamwork, and creativity while producing high-quality parts for the aerospace and defense industries.

In this role, our welders apply precision and craftsmanship to projects that matter. You'll interpret blueprints, operate welding equipment, and perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding to the highest standards. Your background in metal manufacturing will ensure the quality and accuracy required for our critical aerospace work. From hand welding to robotic applications, you'll directly impact the success of every project while maintaining safety and efficiency.

We offer flexible schedules designed for balance : Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday . Whether on day, night, or weekend shifts, our welders earn competitive pay with additional differentials for off-shift hours.
