Service Managers are responsible for

• Hiring, training, and managing employees
• Preparing budgets, keeping records of accounts and financial information
• Building relationships with workers and customers
• Plus whatever it takes to be a team member at Countryside

As a Countryside Team Member, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service skills that, include the above items, as well as any and all duties as assigned by a member of management.

Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business.

This introductory period is designed, primarily, to give both the Company and the employee an opportunity to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. At the end of the introductory period, your performance will be reviewed and a decision made regarding your continued employment or any extended introductory period. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period.

Requirements :

Physical requirements include : ability to walk and stand continuously, lift up to 60 lbs, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.

Must have a Minimum of 3 years Service Manager Experience
