Rite-Hite Customer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department. This position is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment in an assigned area. This includes :

• Working with the Sales department, customers, and vendors in submitting orders for equipment and parts
• Coordinating schedules and dispatching installers
• Assistcustomers and sales personnel who call in to request service
• Ensuring accurate invoicing
• Reviewing completed jobs to analyzeprofitability
