The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to our diverse client base - inclusive of women and gender-diverse clients - in an outpatient telehealth setting. Key Responsibilities :

• Client Assessment : Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients mental health needs, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
• Therapy and Counseling : Provide individual therapy to clients based on their specific needs and treatment goals.
• Treatment Planning : Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications :

Education : Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Licensure : Valid LMHC or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts -OR- Masters-Level Pre-Licensed Clinicians are encouraged to apply!

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health.

Skills : Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
