Strong ability to listen, empathize, and effectively communicate with customers. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Proficient in using various communication and marketing tools. Knowledge of online sales and is a plus, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a bonus. Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from home.
