Job Description : Neurology Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments, including physical exams and detailed patient histories, to diagnose and manage acute and chronic neurological conditions.
• Treatment Planning : Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with neurologists, ensuring evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
• Medication Management : Prescribe and manage medications related to neurological disorders, adjusting treatments as necessary based on patient response and side effects.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including neurologists, physical therapists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
