Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HVAC Planned Maintenance Technician to join our employee-owned team. This role focuses on performing routine, scheduled maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably year-round. Your work plays a key role in preventing breakdowns, extending equipment life, and maintaining indoor comfort for our customers.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance, service, or installation)
  • EPA Certification (Type I & Type II or Universal preferred)
  • HVAC certification or associate degree (a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to preventive care
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions
