BHN is seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse (RN) or per-diem LPN to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program at our Springfield, Holyoke & Westfield locations.

Who Are We
The mission of the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program at BHN is to help people recover from a psychiatric crisis or continue to feel supported after an inpatient hospital stay. The CCS program provides 24-hour staff, clinical assessment and medication evaluation.
What You Will Do
As a per-diem Registered Nurse or LPN, you will provide compassionate and individualized care for individuals served.
Key Responsibilities Include
Delivering care that preserves and protects the dignity, rights, and autonomy of individuals served.Conducting assessments that consider biophysical, psychosocial, and spiritual dimensions.Diagnosing conditions, developing personalized care plans, and tracking progress toward outcomes.Collaborating with individuals and their families to support recovery goals.Educating individuals and addressing the needs of those with dual diagnoses and other special populations.Evaluating care outcomes and adjusting plans to achieve positive therapeutic results.What You'll Bring
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required).High School Diploma or GED required.At least one year of training working in behavioral health and 1 year post grad experience in medical-surgical nursing (required).Familiarity with the ethics and legal parameters of working with substance use populations.Strong leadership, communication, and care coordination skills.Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and delegate effectively.Commitment to advocacy and culturally sensitive care.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.We Hire for Purpose!
