We are seeking a Commercial Framing / Drywall / Metal Superintendent to join our Self-Perform Building Trades team for projects based in Kings Bay, GA . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily coordination of the building trades, including framing, drywall, metal, and doors, to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with field teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, driving success through effective leadership and collaboration.

Pay : $95k-130k per year DOE

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage field teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all framing and drywall activities, adhering to project requirements (e.g., RFP, plans, specifications)
• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with field teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance project performance
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with the project schedule, budget, and quality expectations while adhering to safety and regulatory standards
• Use your in-depth knowledge of division 9 framing and drywall sequences to guide the construction process and solve problems effectively
• Serve as the key relationship manager, ensuring continuous communication between the field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to address concerns, align goals, and drive project success
