Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Hagerstown, Maryland (21742) – Western Maryland healthcare jobs Assignment Type : Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Healthcare Setting : Operating Room (OR) – Community hospital Start Date : November 10, 2025 End Date : February 9, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shifts : Day shift, Monday – Friday Shift Hours : 5x8-hour shifts (07 : 00 – 15 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week No weekends or on-call required Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2210–$2370 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience (OR RN jobs) Prior travel nursing experience required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state (pending license accepted) Certifications : ACLS and BLS required Proficiency with EPIC charting system required Experience in a community hospital setting required COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (no exemptions) Previous charge nurse experience preferred Key Responsibilities for OR RN Circulate in a high-volume Operating Room, managing diverse surgical cases : heavy Orthopedics (including joint replacements), Neurosurgery, Vascular, General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, Bariatrics, Laparoscopic procedures, GYN, ENT, and Robotics Deliver safe, high-quality patient care to adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric populations Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy Utilize EPIC electronic health records for accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in orientation and annual training modules to maintain clinical competencies Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
