Med / Surg RN Job Details Location : Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Unit : Med-Surg Adult, Telemetry Med / Surg, Observation Start Date : November 4, 2025 End Date : February 24, 2026 Duration : 16-week nursing contract Shift : 12-hour day shifts, weekend rotation included Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed On-Call : 1 call shift per 2-week period (as needed for staffing) Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880–$2020 Housing : Newly remodeled, fully furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments available just half a block from the hospital (includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry) Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Med / Surg RN, Acute Care RN, or Telemetry Nurse Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Proof of flu vaccination (no exemptions accepted) Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility (per travel nurse radius rule) Med / Surg RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adult patients in Med / Surg and Observation units Apply critical thinking and clinical skills to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in weekend and on-call rotations as required Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures Ready to take your nursing career to new heights in Colorado?
