Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with at least 3 years of MRI experience and current ARRT and Arizona licensure.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position located in a rural diagnostic imaging department
  • Provides general MRI and MRA procedures to support patient care
  • Three 13-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 7 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM
  • Uses PACS / RIS systems and computer programs
  • Orientation is provided every two weeks
  • Fingerprinting must be completed prior to start as part of the compliance process
  • COVID and flu vaccination exemptions may be accepted with proper documentation
  • Housing may be available but is not guaranteed and requires an application to be submitted two weeks before start date
  • Work in a multicultural, rural community setting serving a diverse population

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Completion of radiology training from an AMA-approved school
  • Current Arizona State License in Radiology and MRI required if applicable
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiology RT(R) and MRI (MR)
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Experience with PACS / RIS systems and general computer use
