Join a growing local staffing and contracting business in Bridge City, TX focused on placing technicians and winning contract work. We're hiring a motivated, experienced Sales Representative who can promote our brand, generate leads, and close contracts with employers and facilities.
What you will do
- Develop new business by cold calling, emailing, and networking with local employers, facility managers, and HR contacts.
- Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that win staffing and service contracts.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and move prospects through the sales cycle to close.
- Represent the company at community and industry events to raise brand awareness.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new contracts.
- Track sales activity and reporting in CRM or Excel; provide weekly updates to management.
Required experience and skills
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing contracts.Strong cold-calling and outreach skills; comfortable with in-person meetings.Excellent written and verbal communication; professional proposal and presentation skills.Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a small team.Familiarity with staffing, contractor services, or facilities maintenance sales preferred.Proficient with Excel, Google Workspace.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.What we offer
