Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, and support) to align offerings with customer requirements. Provide customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of products and services. Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the management team. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

They are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the German market. This role focuses on direct sales to industrial companies aiming to improve workforce skills or produce customized components, as well as training centers adopting innovative methodologies. The ideal candidate will excel in managing sales pipelines, utilizing CRM systems, and building relationships to drive growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Identify and engage industrial companies and training centers as target customers, understanding their specific needs for AR-based training solutions or customized applications.
- Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
