About the Role

Our client is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support both client projects and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design, content creation, and digital marketing. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as you’ll be assisting in campaigns, client-facing projects, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create visually engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, and campaigns using Canva or Photoshop.
• Write and edit compelling marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, and client projects.
• Develop, schedule, and monitor content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with website updates in WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
• Use AI tools to support research, content ideation, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver branding and marketing initiatives.
• Take notes during client meetings and assist in client-facing communications.
