Licensed Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate Counsel, Commercialization and Market Access (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for brands and related business functions, including promotional materials review and marketing strategies

Collaborate with the CLO Organization to develop regulatory and commercialization strategies for product candidates and marketed products

Identify potential legal risks and provide compliant solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 5 years of experience in-house and / or with a law firm, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Experience advising on laws and regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry, including FDA regulations and the Anti-Kickback Statute

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree; licensed to practice law in the U.S

Self-motivated and proactive with excellent judgment

Ability to develop trusting relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
