Corporate Crop Insurance Trainee
AgriSompo has a unique opportunity for a 2026 Corporate Trainee in our Lenexa, Kansas office(s). Our Trainee Program is an 18-month program beginning in July 2026 designed to equip you with the essential crop insurance business knowledge and skills needed to build a successful career in the crop insurance sector. As a Corporate Crop Insurance Trainee, you will work alongside the most experienced and technical teams in the industry to gain in-depth knowledge of our business units, underwriting and operating model. Through on-the-job learning, workplace mentoring, directed self-study, and learning experiences this program prepares trainees to work as a contributing member at AgriSompo. Our Trainees will participate in a dynamic rotational experience designed to build your leadership potential and crop insurance expertise. This rigorous curriculum also includes training in crop insurance finance, operations, risk, agency, and sales.
What can I expect as a Corporate Crop Insurance Trainee? On-The-Job Learning As a member of the Corporate Trainee Program, you will rotate through key areas of crop insurance operations, finance, sales, agency, and risk working closely with senior leaders and learning how to drive impact across the organization. You will build your knowledge of crop insurance operations as you are embedded within and improve processes and deliver on projects aligned with organizational goals objectives. You will have support for your early career needs and be empowered to ask bold questions and contribute innovative ideas, all while growing into a future leadership role aligned with our emerging business needs.
