Manager, Originations Recording
The Manager, Originations Recording oversees the final stages of real estate transactions to ensure the proper completion and compliance of all post-closing processes. Responsibilities typically include :
- Managing a team responsible for reviewing and processing closed files
- Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, recording, and distribution of closing documents, such as title policies and mortgages
- Coordinating with county recording offices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing resolution of executed document issues, discrepancies, or missing documents
What you will do :
Communicate & enforce policies and procedures to their teamsManage workload issues with team, proposing efficiency initiatives as necessaryParticipate in System Enhancement ProcessIdentify exceptions to process to determine root cause and action plans for changeAssist with Inbox ManagementAuthorization all Team OTEnsure all client SLA's are met or exceededProactive involvement with any client complaints for resolution and remediationProvide 1-on-1 training to Team Leaders and team members, as neededManage Attendance Files and Review Timesheets for their teamsPrepare & Administer Performance Reviews for all team membersApprove Promotions of Team Members to Team Leader positionsParticipate in Interview Process, as well as Termination ProcessProvide guidance on conflict resolution among team members with assistance from Human ResourcesResponsible for production and profitability of team to ensure company achieves its goals and objectivesOversee the implementation of changes and new processes within the team. Identify any risks and take the appropriate steps to mitigate.Review Training Reports to ensure team is trained appropriately in all areasParticipate in daily operations, as needed 25-30%Build and Maintain morale within the teamMaintain complete confidentiality and privacy of departmental mattersComplete all assignments in a timely mannerAct as a leader within the companyAll other duties assignedWhat you will bring :
