A company is looking for a Director, Employee Relations and Policy Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations initiatives, conduct internal investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and organizational goals
Collaborate with the Legal team to assess employment law changes and support audits and reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in employee relations and policy management, or a related HR field
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Experience leading complex employee relations matters, including internal investigations
JD strongly preferred; Master's degree or HR certification a plus
