Robert Half is looking for an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial operations. This Director of Finance role is pivotal in ensuring consistency in financial practices, overseeing regional finance teams, and aligning strategies with global financial policies. The ideal candidate will excel at driving business results, mentoring teams, and maintaining robust financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and guide regional finance teams, driving growth and enhancing overall team performance.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly corporate and management financial reports, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
• Improve and refine the presentation of financial data to ensure it is clear, comprehensive, and easily understood by departmental management.
• Manage the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) function, providing key insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Lead the implementation of global finance initiatives across the region, ensuring smooth integration and compliance.
• Spearhead the budgeting and planning processes to ensure they are in line with the organization’s objectives and priorities.
• Oversee working capital management, optimizing receivables, payables, and inventory levels.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory, fiscal, and corporate reporting requirements for both local and international operations.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the timely and accurate completion of annual financial audits.

The ideal Director of Finance will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA or CPA preferred.
