Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 31 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Job Title : Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) Location : Grants Pass, OR Start Date : ASAP Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 5x8 Hour Day Shifts Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hours / Week Key Responsibilities : Provide professional nursing care during operative and invasive procedures. Prepare the operating room for surgery, including setting up instruments, equipment, and supplies. Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and safe surgical care. Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards. Monitor patients’ physical and emotional well-being throughout procedures. Document all care provided and ensure compliance with nursing and surgical protocols. Requirements : Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon. Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Preferred. Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience .
