Coverage Needed : Schedule : Monday-Thursday (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM), Friday (7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM) Call : 7-10 days per month, including weekends If taking call on a week in clinic, the shifts will be set up as regular hours during the day (M-F) and then night call each weekday night 24hr call on the weekends Specific Dates : November 24-December 1 December 22-December 29 2026 Dates : 2 / 9-2 / 16 5 / 26-6 / 2 6 / 22-6 / 29 Clinical Details : Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient EMR : Epic Support Staff : 2 RNs, 3 MAs, 4 Office Staff Patient Encounters Per Shift : 16 Trauma level 3 Beds in Department : 6 Call : Beeper with 20-30 min response time required Requirements : Active CA license required Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in urology Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained Current case logs required for surgical specialties Active FLURO required ACLS
