Key Details

• Pay : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 / year
• Location : Vancouver, WA
• Schedule : Full-time; M-F; on-call rotation (to take service calls)
• Travel : Occasional travel

What You'll Do

As the Technical Support Representative, you will ensure our advanced installations work well and provide excellent service. This role will communicate with customers remotely, explaining how the installations function and giving them detailed reports on their performance. You will guide customers on using the installations correctly and handle any needed maintenance, prioritizing customer satisfaction to deliver top-notch services and solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Bright Renewables offers 24 / 7 service response to our clients. As a member of the team, this role may involve on-call availability and work outside of normal business hours based on client and project needs.
