Job Description
The Inside Sales Revenue Support Associate plays a key role in supporting the direct-to-consumer sales channel. This position provides administrative and operational support to the Inside Sales team, helping drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role in Valencia, with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. The work environment is highly collaborative and supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. The culture is friendly, energetic, and fun, with team members enjoying camaraderie, potlucks every Friday, and a positive atmosphere. The department is fast-paced and dynamic, with most team members having less than a year of tenure. New hires will receive hands-on training and shadowing. The Inside Sales Department consists of approximately 24 people, with 18–19 in the office and a few remote. The new support role will assist both the Lead and VA Teams.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 / hr.
