As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a part-time Onsite Support Technician - II to strengthen our service team, as they deliver innovative solutions at the client site based in Fremont, California.

Position Summary

The Onsite Support Technician - II provides hands-on support for audiovisual and IT systems at client facilities. This role works closely with managers, internal Avidex teams, manufacturers, and customers to ensure systems are properly supported, operated, and maintained. Success in this position requires a solid background in audio, video, and control systems, along with a strong understanding of computers and networks. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, punctuality, effective communication skills, and the technical ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex AV systems.
