We are seeking a Downstream Aseptic Manufacturing Manager to lead all aseptic operations, including vial filling, hand-fill, and automated crimping. This is an on-site position in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Lead aseptic filling, crimping, and other downstream sterile operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP / GDP and aseptic process standards.
  • Manage deviations, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop teams across multiple shifts (35–50 employees).
  • Collaborate with upstream teams to optimize overall production flow.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in aseptic / sterile manufacturing (vial filling preferred).
  • 3+ years of recent management experience
  • Strong technical writing and deviation management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of GMP / GDP and aseptic manufacturing operations.
