Role Overview

As the ServiceNow Admin, you’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM, Incident & Problem Management, and ITIL aligned processes. You’ll also work closely with monitoring tools like Splunk to support proactive service reliability and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
• Align workflows with ITIL v4 standards and drive continuous improvement
• Integrate Splunk monitoring tools for real-time alerting and visibility
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and implement long-term fixes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and reporting
• Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, and data integrity
