Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with deep expertise in compensation strategy and execution. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives while providing subject matter expertise in the design, implementation, and management of competitive and equitable compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, with a focus on total rewards and compensation planning.
- Provide guidance on compensation structures, salary benchmarking, pay equity, incentive plans, and annual merit cycles.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership on workforce planning, budget alignment, and cost modeling for compensation programs.
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Advise on organizational design, employee relations matters, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and employment practices.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant responsibility for compensation strategy and administration.Proven track record as a strategic HR partner at the senior leadership level.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
