Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

Responsibilities include conducting on-site wound assessments, performing procedures like debridement and dressing changes, collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting in EMR systems, and educating patients and caregivers to improve outcomes.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, with a competitive hourly rate of $55–$70 based on experience. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as an NP or PA, preferably with home health and wound care background, and must hold a Virginia license. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
